There are many ways that teachers should be professional,but I will write ten of them. Firstly, Inspire confidence, establish a good impression from the first day of school for students and their parents, Secondly,Always be on time, the teacher must arrive before the students arrive ,so they can prepare the lesson and themselves for the class.Thirdly, Be prepared, should be planned before the day of each lesson and class, and a schedule for the work program and assessment to cover the curriculum content, and also the needed skills in teaching for success their students in the school curriculum, Fourthly, Take charge of your class,in that teacher must management the behavior of students in the class and should not be run by the school management all the time ,because he cant manage the class students,Fifthly,Does not miss the deadline, professionals keep their work and planning for the next day. Sixsthly, Keep up to date marking of student work and exams, its to correct student work and exams to give them results in a timely manner,Seventhly,Take interest in every child, you must identify the students as more influence them will affect this on the subject and their lives,Eighthly,Treat with students with respect, should not discuss the student results and the personal issues and behaviors in front of other students, Ninthly, consult a parent, a teacher must be calm and courteous when dealing with them and remind them that the debate is about their child and his interests.Lastly,Simplify the Lessons and facilitate the understanding of complex things such as using examples and colorful pictures and put the lessons in the illustrations to students reach the information correctly.
